Online purchase not delivered

Ordered 5 items online from them on 08 Jan 2024 and til this day there is no email notification on the deliverty ETA. I have tried countless times to call their customer service numner but my call gets disconnected all the time. I also sent 3 emails to date and big suprise, no response to that either. I am so disappointed in their service and will never buy from them again! No customer service whatsover
