Online order

I order a few things on the 14th of August, some of them were on promotion and were said to be out of stock. I understood the increased waiting time due to some products being out of stock and they said it would take 7-21 days. It’s now been 23 days and I have not received any communication whatsoever. Their phones ring until they automatically hang up and they don’t reply to any form of queries, online or emails. I’m so disappointed because I have order before and got my order in time. At this point I want my money back.
