Old/overly used couch

So I saw a 2 seater couch which I always wanted then I went to buy it, and I was told they are left with the one on the display but they can sell it to me. Fine I took it, when the couch got delivered the couch was old even when you seat you can feel it and where you can put your glass it's crackled, I went back to the store and the manager gave me an attitude when I tried to reason with him to exchange or refund me. I still have the receipt and everything all I need is help
