Obnoxious service from fair price

I had a dramatic experience with the fairprice in harrison Joburg cbd.i was assisted by a lady by the name Nelisiwe Khanyile.i asked if the Restonic bed i wanted was available.she said she is checking n i told told that i need the bed then as i was sleeping onthe the floor.she cofirmed that bed was available and i can pay for and they can deliver to my place but i declined that offer as i wanted to leave with the bed then.she said i go collect from their warehouse.when i got to the warehouse o was unfortunately told that bed was sold so i had to go back to yhe shop to top up money so i can get the one available.my experience with shop was excruciatingly agonizing if i can describe the experience any better i would
