Not happy at all

I'm so mad right now.I made a purchase on the 27th of july kroonstad branch till now they have not delivered,I keep wasting my money going to the store to check when they will deliver and I call them 2 times a week but they keep saying they will get back to me but they dont and they keep making excuses everytime
