Not getting delivery

I bought a deep freeze at Fair price in Protea Glen on the 29th November, it is going to 2 weeks now and I am still waiting. I am getting no joy at all, they keep on promising and nothing is happening. Their head office number is a nightmare for 30 minutes holding and no joy at all. They force us to pay for delivery but they don't deliver. Can I get my freezer today or my money
