Nonsense Service

I bought a Hisense 13kg top loader from Fairprice Jubilee Mall in Hammanskraal. It was delivered on the 9th of June 2022 and I did laundry the next day on the 10th June 2022. The machine washed 1 load and stopped woring.

I contacted the store immediately and was told a technician would be sent out to my house to assess, no one came. I went to the store on the 17th of June 2022 and was told again that within 7 days,a technician would assess. Still no one came.

I called the head office on the 5th of July 2022 and was told that they would call me which they did and said that a technician would be sent out to me, still no one came.

I called the store on the 11th of July 2022 and spoke to a Herman, he said he was the manager, he said due to load shedding, technicians were delayed and I asked why there is no communication from their side and he said its a Hisense product and the technician is not a fairprice person but a hisense employee and later hung up on me.

I then called headoffice and was told that its unacceptable and they would sort it out and call me back, its the 15th of July 2022, nobody called me and no technician in sight.

What a service after buying a brand new product.
