NON-DEIVERY or REFUND

I paid for my goods on the 16 November 2024, the goods showed in stock. I phoned Samantha Singh of the online customer care services. First they wanted to replace the goods with a different color, which I agreed to just to receive delivery. On the 29 November 2024 I requested a refund due to the NON-DELIVERY and yet today the 06 December 2024 I have not received my delivery or my refund. I recommend to NEVER buy from this company!
