NO SERVICE DELIVERY

I'm very angry with the your service bought a wardrobe and was told to wait 7 days for assembling not clear whether 7 working days or calendar days, today the assembling guys came decided to take my bed outside when there is a sliding door that they could have used to get the wardrobe inside, not ending there they do what they came to do and left a mess in my room and never bothered to take the bed inside where they got it. Of which when I called the store to follow up on the assembling their telephone etiquette is not on par they answer the phone as if its their cellphones. Today they took a cup called them to complain about the assembling guys, asked to speak to the Manager instead of asking me to hold she pretends to be transferring the call to the Manager the she does the transferring tone with her mouth tadadada then the Manager answered, and asked the Manager about what the lady did and He just said She was giving me the phone cause I'm next to her so why make that sound when speaking to a client.
