No service

I went to Fair price Elim wanting to buy a bed that was advertised on promotion for R1500.00. I wanted to collect the bed right there and then...I was then told they don't have the bed however they will get the bed from their warehouse however I need to pay a fee of R250 extra....I mean that is noe false advertising because I want to spend the price that I see and load it on my bakkie and off I go....but no ...the sales consultant said to me that either I pay or I can go somewhere else....I then left and bought a bed next door at Furnmart....service there is non ecxistint ...spoke to management and also just shrugged shoulder.....never again
