First I am told that the furniture I had been Lay-buying is out of stock then upon eventual delivery to my home I am told that they are not going to bring the furniture into my home as I live up some stairs. This was never explained to me and the shop assistants were extremely defensive. I stood by as blame shifting happens telephonically between the drivers and the shop assistants. Eventually I decided that give up on Fair Price and request my money back as I would not be able to carry furniture upstairs by myself. Even this is an issue as they just passed me along to the next store like a minor annoyance. They have requested me to go to East Rand Mall even though I now live in Suninhill. It feels like nobody at Fair Price cares about anyone. Sies.
