NO FAIR SERVICE

I went to Fair price on the 5th of October to purchase a washing machine and was told i will be called as soon as the stock arrives. on the 8th October i received the call that my machine has arrived and i need to collect it urgently. Wednesday 9th October my brother goes to fair price to collect the machine and was told the machine is not there, that there is still no stock. I then spoke to a gentlemen via telephone after i told him how unprofessional this service was, he told me he will get the machine to my house, with this i also told him i refuse to pay for delivery as they said the machine was there and someone fetched it and the machine was not there. Sunday 13th October 2024 the machine gets delivered to my house and the driver wanted me to pay and i explained to him what happened and i refused to pay for the shops mess up. I then also received a call Monday morning 14th October 2024 from the lady who assisted me with the sale asking me about delivery fees, which again i refuse to pay.
