No delivery Still waiting

I made my final payment on the 14 August 2015 at Dobsonville Branch while the lady was busy asisting me, she was chatting with colleagues and when I ask her to check when I'm going to get my stock, she told Southgate has to assist me. I find Southgate's number and explained that I just made my final payment and needed to find out when I'm going to get my stock and I was told the 2Xmattresses were out of stock and I was promised its only going to take a week for me to get my purchases but even now still waiting and I'm the one who have to call the store to find out whats happening they will never call you and tell what's the delay 2weeks later still waiting for my purchases. I will never again buy at Fair Price, bad experience! Still waiting....
