No delivery, No Response, No answering of phones

An employee of mine bought an 4 plate Defy stove 14 December from the Alberton branch. Amount due plus delivery fee was paid with delivery address at my property where he resides. Till today this has not been delivered. At first the public holidays was blamed and lately it is said that it was in fact delivered. Requesting to whom or any further information has not had any feedback. The actual shop has been visited on various occasions with the manager that needs to assist not available. What's more is that on final payment he was told that the stove he actually was been paying is not available and he has to pay in an additional R200.00
