No delivery, no feedback.

I purchased furniture at Fair Price festival mall after having problems with getting service at the Pretoria CBD branch. I was happy to have a smooth sale where I bought a bed, 2 bar stools and headboard. The sales person confirmed stock availability, colours and everything and said delivery will take place within 7 days.

After 8 days only a headboard was delivered, and it wasn't the 1 I specified. I contacted them and Aphiwe said he'll contact the deliveries and come back to me. That was more than a week ago. I've went to the store. I've called countless times and I've posted on their Facebook page and messenger and to date I don't have my bed and stools and still sitting with the wrong headboard. No one is bothering to assist me, Grace Mabela the manager passes me to the sales person. And they all promise to call me back everyday. I am extremely frustrated and not pleased with the service.
