No delivery and bad service

Dishonesty is really gonna **** your Power Park branch.

I am really saddened by the HORRIBLE service I've been getting for what is going for two weeks now, from the branch behind the Bara KFC, next to the Builders Warehouse centre on Old Potch road.

Since I paid for the order on 02/05/2019, the person's name is Zakariya Magome whom every time I call to ask about my purchase he moves me from pillar to post.

Having left two contact numbers at his disposal, he **** TWICE saying he tried calling me. Blatant lie because I've been on stand by for my delivery ever since I paid for it, not a single phone call from them.

Promised me delivery in 48 hours, didn't happen. I called to ask, was told another 48 hours story about dispatch, no delivery.

Called him twice today, he doesn't know what's happening, he put "an assistant manager" on the phone who said she's in training, didn't know what's happening around her.

Dishonesty and shifting goal posts for a delivery that has already been paid for is really unacceptable.

NOT TO MENTION HIM SELLING ME A HEATER THAT HE DIDN'T TEST THE WATER INLET PIPE FOR PROPER FUNCTIONALITY. I HAD TO RETURN IT IN A DAY OR TWO, TOOK HIM ANOTHER 3 DAYS TO CONNECT A PIPE. UNACCEPTABLE, SELLING ME THINGS YOU DIDN'T TEST.

I would really like my refund/discount on all products purchased because of the incompetence displayed by your staff at this branch.
