No delivery

I bought a bed on the 27/11/2017 and i was promised that it would be delivered by the 01/12/2017 .i paid in full (delivery fee included) on the 27/11/2017 till today the 09/12/2017 i have not received any information from them.iv tried to contact them since the 07/12/2017 and the line's are unavailable. FAIR PRICE BENONI. Please get back to me.
