no delivery

I bought a fridge at fair price Dobsonville on the 26 November 2017, they have not delivered yet and they don't even bother to notify you the reason for late delivery, when you call the the phone does not get answered and when they finally pick up they will tell you that the line is bad they cant here you. I hate their customer service.
