No delivery 11 days after purchase

Bought goods on the 11 Nov. Informed will be delivered within 72 hours. 11 days later still not delivered. Sent numerous email to Fair Price enquiries and no one has bothered to contact me. Sales Person has informed me that goods bought shows as out of Stock whilst in fact there is more than 100 units in Stock. I am then expected to go back to the Store and re -do the transaction??? Worst of all I have called and emailed their Marketing Officer and still no attempt to contact me. The worst customer journey i have experienced???
