No customer service at all at Southgate Fair Price

I'm so dissapoint at the service my mum and I are recieving firstly we notified the shop we want to return the couches recieved last week (not that there was anything wrong with them they just don't fit the space), we were told to return them to the SG shop on Saturday we did that, then they sent us back home with the couches and said they will get a driver to come inspect them and collect them and we will Pay R350.00,ok fine we dealt. Then today morning my mum had to bring her ID copy and sign some docs only to be turned back and told to come back again tomorrow because the driver was not around like really now. I'm really dissatisfied by all this inconvenience because it's at our expense that we going up and down for couches that are still covered in plastic as recieved. It really annoying
