No customer service

I bought a dinningroom suite tv stand and washing machine on 9 Feb 2016 the sales rep promised the goods will be delivered the same day I just had to pay R250 for transport. Fair price only delivered the washing machine and said that they other goods were not available in the warehouse I phoned the sales rep who promised to phone me first thing the next morning. I went to the store at about 12:00 as the rep hasn't made contact with me. When I asked him first goods not in stock than goods were damaged i requested my money back and was told there is not enough cash at the store he again promised to deliver after 17:00 on Wednesday but called me after 16:00 to say they are unable to deliver today and will deliver tomorrow I work 12 hour shift there is no one at home why can't they just refund my money
