No customer satisfaction

I bought a dinningroom suite tv stand and washing machine on Tuesday 9 Feb I was promised that they will deliver the same day if I pay 250.00 transport fee when the delivery guys arrived they only delivered the washing machine and said that the other goods were not available in the warehouse. I phoned the sales rep who promised to phone me first thing the next morning but he never did I went to the store at about 12 on Wednesday and was told that the goods were damaged or not available in the warehouse. I requested a refund and was told there is no money in the store I was promised that they will deliver today 10 Fed but the rep phoned me at 16:00 to say that they are unable to deliver today again because they need transport fee and the driver can deliver the next day this in inconveniencing me as I work 12hour shift a and there is no one at home I paid the goods in cash and the store never kept there promise. I'm so disappointed it's the first time buying at fair price and after my experience it's most definitely the last time I no longer want the goods I just wamt my money back I spend over R8000.00 at the store I will never recommend it to anyone
