No communication to and from Fair Price

I am having the worst online buying experience ever with Fair Price. I tried to contact them numerous times by using their listed number without success. I also sent several emails. It feels like running into a brick wall. I tried to get contact details from the Sunnyside instore branch but the email address they provided also stay unanswred. I don't know what else to do to get in touch with them. I am not sure how they stay in business.
