No after sales services

I bought a 4 door wardrobe from fair price on the 10/04/2024 The wardrobe came with free assembly. My wardrobe was delivered on the 04/05/2024. I requested to get the wardrobe assembled for the 22/05/2024. I never got a response from the assemblers nor did fair price call me to confirm. I called them on the 22/05/2024 to find whats going on and the agent I spoke to said he will escalate the case. To do date I havent recieved any feedback from anyone. This really annoying and frustrating.
