Nightmare

My sister bought a microwave on the 27 June 2021 from Chamdor store fair price.the microwave worked fine for 3 months after that it didn't warm the food,she then reported the matter to the store.they booked the machine for repair brought it back working but for a short period of time,she reported again and they booked it but this time around they told her she needs to pay for the repair an amount of R1200 remember that microwave is still under warranty how can 1 pay for something which is under warranty.she the escalated the matter to their head office,she was not allowed to enter the premises due to the covid 19 protocols and she was told they wont be able to help her instead she needs to go back to the shop and resolve the matter with them cause from the head office side they know nothing,so by the looks of things they sent her from pillar to post.she then went back to the shop and asked for her refund which is an amount of R2200 cause she doesn't want the repaired microwave and till today she hasn't received her money back.how can 1 be satisfied with a brand new appliance which is been repaired more than once I guess no 1 would be.all we want from fair price is the new microwave or the money back.The name of my sister is Ntombi Mabena her contact details are ***
