NEVER HAD THIS BAD EXPERIENCE IN MY WHOLE LIFE

I went to FairPrice in the Avenues on the 6th of January 2018. I bought a sleeper couch and a closet. I could not take it with me as I was in a car there. They told me I don`t need to worry they will deliver the following week. Nothing happened, I went back to the store and was told there wasn`t any stock. I then changed the colour of my items and again I was told it will be delivered in 7 days. Today it is the 02nd of Feb. and still no feedback on the delivery. Please will you help me. I paid R2699.00 for these items.
