Never buy from Fair Price poor customer service and disrespectful sales agents

the 31st of July and on the 2nd fair Price delivered a broken fridge with dents. I rejected it and waited for any response which I have not received. Today I'm at the store for my refund and they are taking me from pillar to post.... Even telling me to go to the police station if I want to because the person responsible for helping me is at church.
