I have received the worst service ever from the fair price in Jabulani. I bought a wardrobe in one of the branches in April and I was told I can go to the nearest fair price for them to come do the assemble and I have went to the branch in jabulani and I spoke to the manager Vince on the 28/04/19 and he told me that they will send someone with 7 working days, then 7 days passed and I went back again on the 15/05/19 and I spoke to Tinyoko who also promised me that it will be done within 7 working days but till today no one has came to assembly the wardrobe and its been a month and a week and it's just taking space in my house. I am shocked with level of service am getting from this retailer.
