Most miserable customer service I’ve ever experienced

Don’t do it!!!

Bought a desk from this place I am too exhausted to name. It came with major scratches on it. Worst of all, the handles are *****ed on the inside of the drawers. It’s been weeks now of me sending email and calling and no one bothers to give feedback on my query. They don’t want to give me an exchange cause “I should have checked it” but no - I shouldn’t never bought from this miserable place.
