Hi I made a layby at fair price Rustenburg the one near Grenville school yesterday I went to cancel it due to my reasons the lady told me she can't give me my money back I must take something, she is forcing me to take something when I when my money back!

10 Oct 2024, 09:19I am so ****ed off as I did ask for a manager they said they don't have a manager It my first time hearing that a store operate without management!!! They can't force me to layby something with my money and in the beginning they never told me that when I cancel layby I will be forced to layby something else!!! What a bad service I got I will never buy anything from them as I used to buy there but after yesterday I did see that they don't care about customers, telling me I must make appointment to cancel layby but when I did it I didn't log an appointment wooow! People are playing on top of our heads nxa!!!!
