Misleading clients and poor customer service!!!!

I’m not happy with the service I got from Fair Price in Johannesburg Kaalfontein, I went to buy a wardrobe that is in the store on display a black 3door with a mirror and drawers in the middle today 03/10/2020. I went the tellers and told them I want to buy it cash they just said it’s not available and they don’t know when it will be available since it is also not available in their warehouse. My problem is why should something that is not available be in display. Last week again on the 27/09/2020 I went to take out my laybye of the defy fridge and defy stove I paid it fully, then the lady told me that they are not available and they don’t know when it will be available for delivery, so I am still waiting even now. Bad service ever!!! I am so disappointed. Please help.
