I bought sofas in September and unfortunately misplaced the invoice. I have provided my bank statement and the lady at head office , very rude and abrupt we as gonna phone me back, till this hour, said I can provide an affidavit.I went to the shop in Ormonde/Southgate Value Mart and was advised that their system do not allow for the invoice to be retrieved, that is utter nonsense. They make copies of the invoice and attach it with the delivery note. I tell you if they were ethical and willing to assist they would have.Every Shope has that option to retrieve a receipt, how do they cash up, telling me about the CPA does not allow for this, when I have done my homework. I have a right to a refund or exchange if the goods I have purchase is still within the warranty period. The sofas are sagging , you can feel the wood. I bought a two beds, a headboard and chest of drawers from another branch as well, still under warranty that is already almost broken due to the quality of the products. I am not happy and Cleary they don't care. They will probably not even read this, but I hope that something will be done. It's better to have tried than to have not tried at all.
