Matter of a fridge (kic)

Hello Peter! I bought a fridge at Fairprice store November 2020. It has broken down for the second time now. First time they told me it didn't have enough gas now they telling me that I should wait for a technician since December 31st. The food got rotten. I've been calling and going there without any difference. Portia and Xola, the sales people that I find there they keep telling me same story about the technician that will come before the day ends. This is frustrating, money and time consuming.
