Machine n fridge nor working

I bought a washing machine it stopped working within 2months. I went to report but they need the original receipt. Lord I swiped the product I jv the proof of payment via my bank but the refuse to help. The fridge is 3 month already the rubber part is not sticking when I close the fridge. I regret myself. I will never ever purchase at this store again it's a total loose lesson learned. Now I hv to pay someone to fix their ****!!!!!!
