m not happy

Good evening I had a very bad experience with ur delivery guys in the name of nkati molepo.he called me during working hours to say he has my tv stand ,he then asked if Im gna need him to install it,I said how much do u charge,he said R350.i then said it's okay..he said IL let him know when I knock off.i called him when I knock off to advise him that I knocked off but at 17h00 there's loadshedding.he then said he'll deliver it at 19:00 when the electricity comes back.he called me ,I directed him, unfortunately I had to rush to mokopane,my kid isn't well,I told him he'll not install it anymore.he said okay.but I wasn't happy with the procedure,he wanted me to screenshot my proof of payment nd sent it to him via WhatsApp.firstly I want to ask is that how u guys operate? Wasn't he suppose to give me the reciept nd I sign it to confirm that I received the order.and unfortunately u guys are gna have to change my tv stand because as Im typing this email,it's raining heavily, obviously m not gna accept it .it's either u guys refund me or gna have to take it up with hello peter.the guy is very rude even.rhis is my first time ordering with u guys and I regret believe me.my colleague wanted to order ,I guess m gna have to stop her from ordering because of the experience I had with u guys.nd before u deliver another one,u Gona have to prove to me that it's another tv stand because I won't accept the one for today.or else u guys refund me my money.and up never buy from u guys anymore.i still say,u gna have to prove to me that u guys changed my order
