Ligitimate ****mers

I bought two single beds, firstly they advertise it as a one piece mattress and base, i saw mattress and base and did not realize it was in one. They delivered and i called them the next day to ask for them to exchange it, they refused, even all my explaining and begging, they would not budge. I did not need to use it until a couple weeks later, when i opened the plastic on the beds, the staples were loose the stitching on the so called mattress section was loose and the mattress is even soiled. I took pics and sent it to them and they accused me of damaging the bed and said that is why i delayed to report it. Dishonest people accuse other people of dishonesty, i feel like i was ****med. The bed is such a terrible piece of furniture they aught to shame themselves to sell something so sub standard.
