lies and very poor service

bought a couch... Sales consultant was a T Lungisa. My wife received the couch without cushions, when she asked she was told by the driver that the couch doesn't come with cushions.. But on display they have, after making a few calls driver says his coming his coming til today no cushions.. Sales consultant now says she doesn't know anything. But yet she sold us the couch. Lies and lies... Wont be buying from fair price forever. Fair price cosmo mall
