Lies about a delivery

On Monday the 11,i bought a stove and a wardrobe at Fair price Jouberton tower mall and asked them when can I expect my delivery,and they said before end of that week.and their terms and conditions for delivery stipulated a minimum of 48 hrs .so on Thursday I called and asked how far they are they said they are calling their driver and they will get back to me they never did.Friday I called again same thing about the driver.Saturday same story if driver they promised me that on Sunday they will deliver.Sunday I called at 10 am they said they will call,u had to call again on at 11 they promised me that because they need to mend the wardrobe in my house they l deliver last to me.Its Monday again I had to call their head office they also said they'll find out from the manager and regional manager but they never did I had to call their branch the so called driver was given a phone so I could talk to him.the said part is I have paid a 1200 for the goods that need to go to Maputo and it's non refundable which is that stove a main thing and they promised to deliver now but yet they haven't.I regret ever going to that store,and will never buy a thing from them. What I want now is a refund I don't want that furniture anymore.
