Lesson learned

If only a zero rating was an option! Firstly, I don't understand this notion of not scheduling proper delivery dates and times with your customers. The guys just call you AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY and miraculously expect you to be available. Nobody's sitting around at home waiting for your phone call! We're all busy. Secondly, after my "unavailability stunt", I then actually scheduled a delivery time for 15h30 the same day. Of course nobody showed up. It's quite frustrating that I have to run after Fair Price for a product I've fully paid off, while also having to somehow abruptly avail myself at the last minute for my delivery. Argh, really!
