Lazy Delivery Team

This is regarding Fair Price in Festival Mall. We bought a 4-plate Defy stove and paid for delivery (we were forced and told we're not allowed to collect as the stove is delivered straight from the warehouse). The stove was delivered in less than 24 hours, however that impress service was quickly overshadowed by the 2 lazy and unprofessional employees who came to deliver. I stay on the 3rd floor of a flat, as soon as they arrived I stopped them as they were trying to offload the stove on the side of the road. I told them to come up with the stove and they told me they don't do stairs, that they will leave the stove at the gate of the flat. I asked them how am I supposed to carry a stove by myself up the stairs, and they insisted they can't carry the stove up the stairs. I obviously told them to take it back. We will get our refund and buy the stove at Makro. People cry for jobs, and when they get jobs they don't want to do them, definitely the first and last time we will be buying from Fair Price Festival Mall, good luck making money to pay rent and staff salaries with your way of doing business.
