Layby refund

Placed a layby for a fridge at fair price vosloorus and after a few weeks decided to cancel and ask for a refund but was told dat there are no refunds only exchange is allowed which is contrary to what their layby policy says , I have been dropping emails everyday without any response even their call center goes unanswered wish i read reviews before going to dat place
