LAYBE THAT NEVER WAS DELIVERED, BECAREFUL OF FAIRPRICE EYETHU MALL!!!

Myself and my girlfriend Mathapelo Moloi bought a washing machine at Fairprice Eyethu Mall on laybye and completed it in May 2023. Upon the purchase we were promised that we would get delivery within 7 days after last payment. We completed the payment and all of a sudden we were told to wait for 21 days, after the 21 days expired we tried to call to ask what is happening, the store sales people told us the stove will be delivered in a day or two. We continued to wait till our calls were ignored, we tried to call them to communicate or ask what is happening no one rep**** as soon as they heard its us they hang up!!!!! this store will de***** you, never ever support them they are quick to take the money and never deliver your stuff!!! we are now stranded with no washing machine and my girlfriend is sick she now uses her hands to do washing, WE WANT OUR FULL R7180.00 BACK THAT WE PAID, NO PENALTIES!!! WE WANT A REFUND , EXTREMELY ANGRY!!
