Late Debit and Faulty Mechine

<p>I have to say that Fair Price in Orange Farm mall called Eyethu has really made worst mistake now.</p> <p>Firstly on the 8th of Feb 2016 they sold me a faulty mechine and I have been going there to complain about the machine and they did not want to change it for me and kep sending a technician from Defy. This was a washing machine I bought (Defy brand). The machine was R3000.00 and I paid it all off that day. I got my proof of payment and the sms notification that the funds are out.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now today the 3rd of June I get an sms that my cheque account is overdrawn and i should deposit funds in it. I looked into the account only to find that all this time Fair Price did not take the money and they only took the R3000.00 today which affected my finances and it may affect my credit profile.</p> <p> </p> <p>These people did not even give me a courtesy call to say they delayed to take the funds and findout if I have funds in the account first. But no, Fair Price just decided to put my profile on a negative and affect my credit profile.</p> <p> </p> <p>They started with a brand new faulty mechine and now debit my account four months down the line without my knowledge.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a very bad service I have received and I want this thing exposed. They should rather come and take their machine and we will go and buy else were. This was a very bad experience I must say.</p> <p> </p>
