Lack of management s****s

<p>I bought a home theatre from fair price in kagiso chamdor. Played it for not more than three months and the amplifier is not playing when I switch it on it says "protect" then switched off every time. I send it back to the shop and gave it to the manager him self. He told me that it will be back in 3 weeks. When I go today as it marks three weeks. He tells me that my amplifier just went to Samsung this week. I am so unhappy about that and I feel if he had given me a call during the week to tell me it would be delayed or if he would have called the workshop during the first week they did not come to ask them to peek it up. I hope fair price does something about the management s****s of that manager. My suggestions would be to take him for a management course.</p>
