lack of customer service training

When we walked into the store there was a lady by the door I didn't get her name who acknowledged us, then my response to her was was just looking. While inside we got what we were looking for and we were happy .<br> After a while i sat down with my partner discussing things we should get, there was a guy called NTAKUSENI he came to us and TELLING US WE EXCEED OUR TIME IN THE STORE SEATING ON THE COUCH AND THERES NO TIME FOR ROMANCING EACH OTHER WHILE WE SHOULD JUST GET WHAT WE WANT AND LEAVE THE STORE - SAYING WE ONLY ALLOWED 5 MIN TO SEAT ON THE COUCH OR WE SHOULD SEAT ON THE PRODUCT THAT WE WANT TO BUY. My surprise this man who claimed to be a \MANAGER"came from nowhere telling us we over stayed while he NEVER I MEAN NEVER acknowledged us while we were looking but he could know how much time we spended seating"
