Kitchen delivered in January not installed still

Poor service every ,very terrible pathetic and mixed emotions about the shop ,this branch service is unbearable 😢 from January still waiting for kitchen unit to be installed, no communication, no feedback, very poor service I should say .no sense of urgency, firstly was delivery issues, I wish we can all be treated with respect, and serve our customers with acceptable service. I need urgent
