kas service , need feedback today

worst service ever , I purchased a fridge on Sunday (@Alberton fair price)and I was told I will get it within 48hours and still not delivered and I called the store in Alberton and they said there is nothing they can do for me it is a delay (like really now!!!!) no one could help me I bough this fridge cash and wanted it by this time and it is still not here .

Fair price management wherever you are and whoever you are make sure I get my fridge today as promised I paid R6300 cash and this is the *** service I am getting ?

No I need to be called by management and apologies as the staff member is just clueless on what they are doing and have no customer sieves at all . I need my fridge Today or just refund me my money , I asked for refund the guys tells about 12:00pm like really ????

you can not work with delivery company and not have their contacts that is stupid and thinking we as clients a stupid, so get to call me I need feedback and teach your staff members about customer service . ref number is 143 464
