I am very disappointed with the service received at SAM NTULI Fair Price Driver sent to deliver my couches. He got home and said the couches don't have holes for the legs and wants R150 to put them and asked for a drilling machine to put the holes. My mom who is a pensioner called me as she did not have any money with her. I spoke to the guy he told me the same thing and told him to take it back to the warehouse if that's the case, I then called the store and they said that's not possible they should check under the couches and remove the boards to see the holes. He then went back to the store he called on my cell phone I couldn't answer the phone as I was busy at work he then called at work pretended to be the sales guy who I was dealing with PK when my colleague asked him to hold for me, when I answered the call he was swearing at me. I called and asked to speak to the manager they said she's not available asked her to call back she did not bother herself in calling knowing it was a customer complain....Is that the kind of management Fair Price has ? What kind of attitude and example is she teaching her stuff? I called back and she acknowledged she got my message she was busy and told me sorry for that and when I asked her for the drivers details told me she doesn't have them...how is that possible how do they keep tabs of their drivers and deliveries if she does not have the details? She then told me to call the head-office and I expect her has the manager to call them and get back to me but still haven't been called back. I don't understand if I am being disrespected because I am from the location and not that important if that was the case they should not have put a store in the LOCATION.
