Jabulani base set 7-239

<p>i had put a base set on lay buy sometime in September 2015, on the 23rd of July 2016 i went to pay the balance, i was told that they didn’t have stock they will give me a call during the week to update me as to when they will deliver. no one has called me the whole week, until i decided to give them a call. They still don’t have stock and the sales person even insinuated that i might have to choose another product if they don’t get the stock. What i don’t understand is why do they sell a product that they know very well they can’t deliver, and secondly why must i wait for over a week for bed while there are more than 10 branches around Gauteng, WHY CANT THEY GET ME THE PRODUCT FROM ANOTHER BRANCH? I AM TOTALY APPALLED BY THE SERVICE IM GIVEN AND THE FACT THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE SO CASUAL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THEIR STORE IS SITUATED IN THE TOWNSHIP.</p>
