Items returned and not refund given by the shop

I bought couches at Fair Price in Protea Gardens and was delivered on the 28th of February 2018 but returned to shop because it did not fit in my house. I was promised a refund and now we are in week two since I returned the Items but no refund made yet even the feedback it is not provided. Kind regards, Stephen
